Returns

Returns
Thirty days, and a free resize either way.

How It Works

Email us with your order number. We send a prepaid, insured return label — you do not pay postage and you are not carrying the risk of a ring in the post. Drop it at a post office and keep the receipt.

Send it back with the certificate and the presentation box. Both form part of what you bought, and a ring returned without its GIA paperwork cannot be resold, which is the one thing we genuinely cannot accept.

By Situation
01Wrong size
Do not return it. Email us and we will resize it, once, at no cost, inside the first 60 days. Resizing is a bench job that takes a few days and costs you nothing but the wait.
02Changed your mind
Send it back unworn inside 30 days with the certificate and box for a full refund. Prepaid insured label from us.
03It was a proposal that did not go to plan
Same 30 days, same full refund, and we will not ask you about it. It happens more than people think and it is not our business.
04A stone or setting fault
Photograph it and email us before posting. Manufacturing faults are replaced outright, not repaired, and the 30-day window does not apply to them.
05Engraved rings
Engraving is permanent and made to your instruction, so engraved rings cannot be returned for change of mind. Faults are still covered.
06When the refund lands
Processed within five business days of the ring reaching us and passing inspection. Your bank then adds its own three to five before it appears.
Your Rights Under Australian Law

Nothing above limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a ring has a major failure you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair regardless of how long you have owned it, and our policy sits on top of those rights rather than in place of them.

Email before you post anything.
Most of these are a resize rather than a return, and a resize costs you nothing.
